your right to privacy. None of the information we collect is passed
on to other parties, except when required as part of the business services
we provide for you, or as required under UK law, or in the event of
such information being necessary by emergency services in the case of
accidents or events requiring your treatment.
Data Collection
Club45-65 in association with (Academy of Hypnotic Arts Ltd) will only
collect details about you when you place an order or request further
information. These will include your name and address, your e-mail address,
and various other details necessary to complete a transaction and fulfil
your order or supply printed material. Club45-65 in association with
(Academy of Hypnotic Arts Ltd) do not collect any information which
may be deemed "sensitive personal data" under the Data Protection
Act 1998.

Credit & Debit Card Payments
Club45-65 in association with (Academy of Hypnotic Arts Ltd) allow you
to purchase services from us by credit card. To ensure absolute security
and privacy, we entrust credit card transactions to Sage Pay (formerly
Protx), one of the world's leading credit card payment solutions providers.
Customers may supply credit card numbers by other means, and the transactions
will be handled by Sage Pay Ltd and Lloyds TSB bank PLC merchant services.
Your credit card details will not be retained by Club45-65 in association
with (Academy of Hypnotic Arts Ltd) following the transaction.
Security Statement
Club45-65 in association with (Academy of Hypnotic Arts Ltd) takes security
very seriously, which is why we have chosen to use online credit card
processing facilities provided by Sage Pay.
Our Sage Pay facilities are fully secure and use a range of industry standard and Sage Pay unique security and fraud prevention systems. The Sage Pay network uses 2048-bit encryption, with full 128-bit encryption between the browser and the Sage Pay network. Sage Pay systems are regularly inspected by the major banks to ensure that system integrity and security are maintained to the highest standards.
The Sage Pay processing centre is securely linked to many processing banks world-wide, who handle the credit card authorisations online and process the transactions in real time. The Sage Pay servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority. Thawte will only issue Digital Certificates to those servers which meet stringent security requirements. The Sage Pay servers meet and exceed these requirements.
It is now known that Internet transactions through systems such as Sage Pay are inherently more secure than other methods of making purchases in 'cardholder not present' situations such as telesales, or when giving a card to a waiter in a restaurant.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any recorded physical product,
or are not satisfied with the outcome of the promise with any of our
products then please return physical products in a resaleable state
